i once contemplated making cosplay jewelery..

so i surfed around the net looking for something nice and there they were, misa's earrings. ^_^

damn ribbons took the longest to make! had to hammer them flat and then manipulate.. or rather coax the stuff into a ribbon shape. i cant even remember how i did it, but i was happy with the result. :D

the tough part is making the ribbon of consistent width. esp with a hammer. ugh..

price: i have no clue. somebody suggest a value?

hand hammered? $20. I would just use maybe a better quality bead so they are a little more straight, and you're good.

ahah, darn! i keep forgetting to look out for those ear clips.. =( misa seems a cool character, though i think the in the movie and in the manga her hair colour is different.. which confuses me a little.

Yeah in the movie I think she has dark brown hair - the film is out here late July so I hope I'll have birthday money for it. XD The manga she has blond but they won't be able to find a natural blond hair Japanese girl to play that part. O_o;

yeah.. that's what i figured.. there's a new deathnote film? im kinda confused here because the DN 1 and 2 movies that i know of are out on vcd already. maybe its a different movie.. anyway just goes to show how little i know!

No it's the same thing but it hasn't been out in the Uk yet - I think it's out July 25th? I don't know how long it'll be for the 2nd one. ^^;

wow. it took a long time to get there!! it's good though that's all i can say. pity the vcd i rented had both chinese and japanese (one was the dubbing version) were playing over each other so i kept hearing both while watching the movie. a little peeved.. but it was still good. :)
